Ingredients:

- 400 grams / 14 ounces chopped lamb or beef
- 6 TSP (for every person 2 TSP) yellow split peas

- 2 medium onions
- 5 dried limes

- 2 TSP tomato paste
- 1 potato
- 3 cups rice


- seasoning: salt, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon and saffron

Step 1:
