Easy Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 onion chopped1tsp butter
2 cans mixed vegetables
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
1 pkg brown gravy mixed by package directions
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 package instant mashed potatoes mixed by package directions

Step 1:

1. Brown ground beef or ground turkey

2. saute onion

3. Mix ground beef, Sauteed onion, brown gravy and both cans of mixed vegetables put into 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2:

4. Top with instant mashed potatoes

Step 3:

5. Bake at 400F for 30 min

Step 4:

6. Broil for 5 min to brown top.

7. Let sit for 5 min (serves four).
