Hector's Exorcism Sauce for Chicken Wings

Ingredients: This sauce is EXTREMELY hot... but really tasty!!!! 1 C Frank's Red Hot Pepper Sauce 18 habanero peppers chopped fine 6 chipotle peppers chopped fine 3 Tbls garlic, minced 1/2 C butter 1/4 C honey 1/4 C vinegar 1 Tbls dry mustard 1 Tbls cumin 1 Tbls chili powder 1 heaping Tbls tomato paste salt to taste |

Step 1: 1 C Frank's Red Hot Pepper Sauce |

Step 2: Combine peppers, garlic, some of the Frank's and vinegar in food processor and combine until smooth. |

Step 3: Sauce & Habaneros mixed with Butter |
|
|
Step 4: Add the honey |
|
Step 5: Add the spicy brown mustard |
|
|
Step 6: Add the cumin |
|
|
Step 7: Add the salt, and simmer on low for 20 minutes |
|
|
Step 8: Season the chicken with salt & pepper |
|
|
Step 9: Fry @ 350 degrees until golden brown |
|
|
Step 10: Drain on paper towels. Then transfer to serving plate and cover with sauce. Serve with raw celery & carrots sticks with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. For a tasty mild sauce, omit peppers & change garlic to 1 Tbls. |
