Step 1: Grate cheese. |

Step 2: Prepare pasta according to box directions (8 minutes for medium shells by Barilla). |

Step 3: While pasta is cooking, saute onions and garlic. |

Step 4: Add cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper to onions, bring to a boil. |
