Ingredients:

Asparagus with Tofu in Oyster Sauce recipe picture 1Fresh Green Asparagus, trimmed, blanched
Chinese Cabbage, chopped
Egg Tofu / Silk Tofu, cut to size
Mushroom (any type will do), chopped
Garlic, 2 sct, crushed
Garlic Chives, 2, chopped
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Butter as needed
Sugar, Pepper to taste
Oil as needed
Water as needed

Step 1:

Asparagus with Tofu in Oyster Sauce recipe picture 2Deep Fry those tofu until forming golden skin. Put aside.

Step 2:

Asparagus with Tofu in Oyster Sauce recipe picture 3Melt 2 tbsp butter, add garlic, stir until fragrant.

Step 3:

Asparagus with Tofu in Oyster Sauce recipe picture 4Add mushrooms, stir until softened. Mushrooms will absorb the butter quickly, so add more butter if needed. This will make the mushroom has a nice buttery flavor too.

Step 4:
