Step 1: Since I can't find galaktokrema anywhere (the proper ingredient for tzatziki), I had to improvise. Mix the sour cream and yogurt (drain the yogurt first!) in a bowl until it forms a creamy homogenous mass. |

Step 2: Take a big cucumber and skin it, then grate it. Using a paper towel, drain as much water as you can. We don't want water ruining our creamy texture. |

Step 3: Mix it with the sour cream and yogurt, and then add garlic, salt, olive oil and the spices to taste. Stick it in your fridge for an hour or so. |
